The upper floor has an outdoor area with a 24’ x 14’ glassed-in deck featuring a 6 person outdoor dining with market umbrella facing the beach, a 8’ x 10’wing deck lounging area and BBQ. The master bedroom features a 3 piece ensuite with a custom tile walk-in two-person scenic mosaic shower with a ceiling rainforest showerhead. Downstairs, there's a queen size bedroom with a 3 piece bath 3 steps away, including a stackable washer and dryer, all towels and linen for your stay. A third bedroom, on the 2nd level, features a skylight and a trundle bed perfect for two children or adults. The open concept kitchen living area features all appliances, 42” 4k flat screen and a limestone mahogany island. The space is surrounded by a 2 ½ wrap of windows, making it bright and sunny. Only 2 min walk to the beach making coming home for lunch, pretty darn easy!
